Eye Level Art was established by Michael Elder in 2002. Originally specializing in decorative paintings, ELA has since expanded to offering a wide collection of contemporary art from local and national artists. From our headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, we exhibit Local and National Contemporary Artists in our industrial warehouse gallery. Located on the edge of the peninsula, the ELA venue offers the Charleston art scene a unique and creative alternative to the more traditional art venues.
In addition to fine art, ELA also offers custom, in house, framing and high quality printing. Our frameshop delivers acid free, archival frame solutions for artists, businesses and residential clients. Our printing capabilities also allow ELA to create high-quality giclees on canvas and large prints on paper. Customized, creative projects are encouraged.
The Warehouse Gallery is located uptown at at 2143 Heriot Steet. The 2,500 SF space is adaptable, offering the ability to show large works in a minimal and raw environment. This space is used for art shows, exhibits, and, gatherings.
